Enjoying new experiences with loved ones helps build and strengthen relationships.
Traveling to places nearby and getting out with and among other people can also help prevent and deal with the symptoms of loss, depression and anxiety. Try not to rely totally on being motivated and ready first, before being more active. Sometimes we need to initially push ourselves to visit places so that afterwards we can feel uplifted.
I have personally been to these locations and I hope you will enjoy them as much as I have. – Stephen Britchkow, Licensed Psychologist
